I've tried online apps and computer docs. to organize and keep track of my goals but, for me, there's no substitute for the good old fashioned yellow pad of paper I use.

1) After a Saint Patrick's day weekend of drinking not being able too all day is worth the ticket2) Trying to match members to their 10 year old pictures will be a hoot3) catching up on fashion pointers by watching what josh wears is better than a GQ magazine4) the adult video convention going on at the same time.

Tile fashions change also so make sure if you plan to sell to go with a timeless design.

If a county doesn't update it's records in a timely fashion (and many of them don't), then these services won't be able to do any better.

I may be old fashion and I'm sure I am, but, as much as I like fancy technology like paying my bills on line, or buying all my stuff through Amazon, there is no way I want anyone touching my business transactions and bank account but ME !!

I've heard that Zillow has a service for real estate agents that sells leads in a similar fashion (though I don't know all the mechanics of how their system works).
