Hi everyone, I am looking for a Property Manager in Omaha, Ne for my duplex and 4plex. 

Hoping to spark some new activity on this thread instead of starting from scratch.I am considering one of these ductless systems for heating and air in Omaha, NE for a duplex (one system for each unit).

there is potential in ne okc but i think it is many years off personally but there are lots of folks on here that know better than I.

I would suggest you contact this association at: https://sunflowerrealtors.com and asked them if they could suggest some agents that specialize in foreclosures.If you are looking at foreclosures further east, such as Leavenworth or Atchison, you can still use an agent out of the Sunflower Assoc. or you can use an agent from the Kansas City Regional Assoc. of Realtors as their MLS covers most of NE Kansas.  

Are there any REI meetings coming up in the NE PA area.

To be even more specific: home has beautiful finished 1 bed, 1 bath, w/d, high ceilings, newly remodeled basement not too far from H St NE.
