Hello All! I've been listening to BiggerPockets podcasts for sometime now and just finished setting up my profile. I have owned two properties - one that was a rental for 3 years before selling last October - and am actively pursuing a full-time leap into real estate. While my immediate priority is a day job in the real estate field, my wife and I are nearly done with the architecture plans to build a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on our property and add an immediate cash flow generating rental unit. Within two years I would like for my wife to be able to stay home with our daughter and within five years to be able to do the same.

Looking forward to building some great professional relationships and friendships through BiggerPockets.
