@Morgan Carmichael in what cities are you looking to by foreclosures?  If you are looking in Perry, you would be better served to find a realtor with the Sunflower Association of Realtors in Topeka, KS.  I would suggest you contact this association at: https://sunflowerrealtors.com and asked them if they could suggest some agents that specialize in foreclosures.

If you are looking at foreclosures further east, such as Leavenworth or Atchison, you can still use an agent out of the Sunflower Assoc. or you can use an agent from the Kansas City Regional Assoc. of Realtors as their MLS covers most of NE Kansas. You can find their contact info here: http://www.kcrar.com

If you are looking only in Lawrence, KS and its surrounding areas, then you might want to find a Lawrence Board of Realtors.  Their website is here: http://www.lawrencerealtor.com

Hope this helps!
