Real Estate Attorney from Colorado

My name is Adam Zard, a licensed attorney based in Denver, Colorado. I'm with a law firm, practicing in the fields of real estate and construction litigation.
Currently, I own various real estate investments in both Colorado and Minnesota, but looking to grow my portfolio exponentially over the next 10-15 years. My primary markets of interest in Colorado are Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. My primary markets in Minnesota are Minneapolis and Rochester. I'm also interested in learning more about the markets of Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska, Des Moines, Iowa, and Madison Wisconsin.
