Hi everyone,

I've been lurking the forums for a few weeks as well as listening to the podcast. Decided it was time to sign up and take advantage of all the resources here and meet some cool and motivated people. I'm very green to RE investing, have not had a deal yet or even looked at a property. I've been using an online course to learn, you may be able to guess which one, it's not cheap. But also just soaking up everything I can from this forum and various podcasts. Happy to be here and learn a ton!
