If they don't find something smelly or dirty, it ain't there and the accused is now clean and should be considered so.Can you, as you read this, claim you could undergo that kind of scrutiny and come out smelling clean?

That is, if you are Accused of doing things wrongly, you can be sued.

To wit here in CA all panels must now be "solar ready" (no more back feeding breakers) have whole house surge protection, double ground rods and utility bypass.

I've witnessed this go wrong a few times.  

The moment we start doing it for one not the other then we will get accused of something.

I have personally called the police, and witnessed others calling the police, especially about public disturbances and no report was needed to be filed.

No need to throw accusations.
