Grant Cardone Lawsuit DISMISSED -

As many of you know  I had a lawsuit against myself and Cardone Capital, Case #CV 20-8499-JFW(KSx).   Just this week, on Oct 4, 2023, the entire case was dismissed with prejudice.  In layman terms with prejudice means, the entire case is dismissed and can not be re-tried.  

This is after three years, and one million dollars defending myself and a whole bunch of people trying to trash me that the same California Judge has found there to be no harm, no financial damage, no fraud, no misrepresentations.   You can read the entire case online soon as it is public case. 

I want to thank all our 14,000 investors at CardoneCapital, our employees, my family, friends and all of you guys here on BP who gave me the benefit of the doubt and did NOT immediately assume foul on my part and waited to see the outcome before jumping to conclusions.   CardoneCapital was created to give the average person who can or doesn't have the time or interest to go buy and manage real estate., access to Institutional quality real estate that we focus on at CardoneCapital.   And in so doing as I knew when I started this you run into people doing these kinds of things.

Throughout this processs, I learned a lot about myself, a lot about others and it became even more real to me how widespread and nasty hater-people can be and how predatory the media outlets and Fake News are.   

The amount of unfair and untrue print and claims about me was  wack. I didn't know this but supposedly when a public figure, whatever that means, anyone can say anything about you without retaliation or penalty.  Endless articles, blogs, podcast and clickbait videos claiming I did something. 

These people were knowingly attempting to damage my business and reputation; including false claims of fraud with no proof, suggestions of misrepresentation with no proof, some saying I used my life style to make false promises and sell investors, and many just throw the names scam, conartist, huckster without contempt.  One religious bigot even attempted to bring in religion to make his faulty case. 

I do want to take a moment to give a shoutout some of the scum that showed their true colors and make sure they get they're fair attention and so you know when you are reading them who they are really .  

First, The Real Deal, "scum online magazine" pretending to be a real estate outlet, The Huffington Post, always been a garbage dump, numerous The South Florida Business Journals who never asked for my side, endless fake news outlets,  even some lenders tried to get in on the action like, Balanced Bridge Funding and Western Capital.  

Then there was the  click baiting you-tuber, "slaves," working for their "Master" at Google hoping to get enough views to earn a few ad pennies with headlines like NEW, MONSTROUS, Class Action FRAUD.  The case wasn't new its been going on three years, it was never Monstrous,  it was over two five-thousand dollar investments,  the class action involved one non-accredited investor.  And of course you guys know all the podcasters in the real estate community, many pretending to be real estate investors and financial advisors, some even call themselves protectors of the people.  You know who they, now are lets see if they correct their positions. 

There was NEVER any fraud. Ther was and is no scam. There were never misrepresentation, a con, and in fact its a great investment.  

What's crazy is when this first happend, I imediately contacted the investor, and offered his money back in full,  as I assumed he might be having financial problems. He wouldn't take it.  The family, still to this day, has not allowed us to return the investment.  Why?   Because the investment has done almost 6% cash flow per year and the properties are great properies.

Again, thanks to you guys here who supported me.  I appreciate the audience here at BP.  Continue to do great things I know I will.  I believe the next 18-24 months is going to present challenges for many investors and spectacular life changing opportunities.  I know I am looking for them and will find them for my family and our investors at CardoneCapital.

I hope that my experience doesn't disway any of you who from growing your business and bringing on investors.  Just make sure you buy great properties, do what you say you are going to do and have a big enough plan to scale so you can fund these kinds of things when they come up, because they will happen.  

Investors run into their own life issues and will be negatively influenced by greedy ambulance chasing lawyers, trying to shake down those with assets.  It's just part of real estate, like  mold, termites, bed bugs, property taxes and insurance.  By the way I am not referring to anyone involved in this case.  😘.
