They are busy and deals go fast in this climate especially in my market where everybody has money and wants to invest.I can only learn and absorb so much by reading.

I assume you are in a cold climate so I would not recommend the type of paint without seeing it up close. 

I also love the drier climate and mountain activities available in the region.

We've looked into some of the numbers regarding setting up a functioning field: Rental equipment, store/shop, compressed air supply, climate controlled storage for paintballs, liability insurance, staffing expenses, etc.

My understanding is climate controlled storage units are very favorable now, especially if you can find an empty building and put the units inside, use the old parking lot to build more outside storage units.

If they have them in your area, sometimes the smaller subgroups of REIA may be a better fit starting out since it's usually a more informal and relaxed climate, so it's easier to get to know people.

The climate is rapidly changing, full time agents are becoming more and more self sufficient, however, very relying on technology.  

You are correct that it can be tough to find "good" deals in our current climate.

Should sell well to climate change deniers and libertarians. :)
