Brave and Curious Real Estate Agents/Entrepreneurs

Fellow members,

I'm brand new to this forum and I’d like to initiate a discussion about large franchise brokerage agencies vs. the new technology brokerage?

I am considering inventing my/our own new real estate agency brand using a technology broker, possibly establishing a team, where we create our own brand while getting large commission splits and getting the technology support we agents desperately need. The climate is rapidly changing, full time agents are becoming more and more self sufficient, however, very relying on technology.  If you have any knowledge or interest in this idea, please reach out or respond to the discussion, thanks.
