Here in Portland, there are a couple of different landlord groups/companies that offer pre-made forms.

I started my career with the renovations team renovating the houses we buy, and with the property management company working with our residents and our maintenance teams.

I have five houses in Memphis area, and the biggest problem has been finding a good property management company. 

Will the title company put this property under our LLC name, and won’t be required to legally inform HUD/tax authorities. - will it influence property taxes once we move to conventional loan in 3 yrs? 

I am also willing to work for a more experienced investor or property management company in any capacity, be that market research, deal sourcing, property management assistance, rental optimization, or anything else needed.

The bank and mortgage company we are using is giving us a hard time about us co-signing due to my separation and new job due to only having been separated a couple weeks now.
