Need guidance on Title swap
Hello
I am in negotiation on a property in Ohio. I have seller financing and entity swap as 2 discussion points going on. My question for this group of knowledgeable folks:
- how does entity swap work ? Should I get a LLC in place prior to swap/paperwork? Will the title company put this property under our LLC name, and won't be required to legally inform HUD/tax authorities.
- will it influence property taxes once we move to conventional loan in 3 yrs?
