New Investor Looking for Advice, Networking, and Work Related to Real Estate

I recently moved to the DFW area and want to get involved in real estate in the near future (looking to buy a property in the next 6 months to a year). I am a new investor looking for primarily multi-family properties with 2-4 units; would be willing to house hack as well depending on the opportunity.

Looking to connect with investors around the area and start forming relationships so that I can start investing. I am also willing to work for a more experienced investor or property management company in any capacity, be that market research, deal sourcing, property management assistance, rental optimization, or anything else needed. I am currently working in consulting so would be unable to provide full-time work, but I would be available for part-time work. Looking forward to connecting with y'all and happy to be in the DFW area!
