If you have no experience and you can find deals using this database, a better way, in my opinion, is to bring the opportunities to guys like myself or @Brian Burke, @John Cohen, @Ben Leybovich, @Michael Blank and others on this platform who can close deals and get you in the game.I shared on a BP podcast and my story at this link how I went from buying a duplex to trying to take down a 132 unit deal the next year.
