Large Multifamily investing in Dubai / UAE

Hi, everyone!

I'm a relatively new investor and I'm still searching for a market to invest in. I'm based overseas and Dubai is pretty close to where I am. I've been reading the books and listening to the podcast, and have been doing the research, but I couldn't find anything regarding investing in large multifamily rental properties, like apartment buildings. Most of what's out there seems to focus on off-plan property investing and primarily SFR, studios, 1-3 bedroom units, etc. and doesn't offer the same advantages that leveraged rental property does, i think. I could be wrong on that though. There's a ton of construction going on in the UAE though.

So, is there anyone here who might have some experience or knowledge or advice and would be willing to contribute to this post?
