Thoughts on my Underwriting Model

Hello everyone!

I am fairly new to the multifamily investing space and have been intrigued by the syndication structure. Recently, I created my own underwriting model, getting inspiration from various sources, and I am eager to hear your valuable feedback. I would appreciate any input on any important components that I may have overlooked, any suggestions on what I should add, or your overall opinion of the model and its potential for syndication. My focus is primarily on small multifamily properties with 3-20 units, and I'm thinking about working with one or two partners. The Model is meant to be something simple in order for me to better understand and explain to potential partners/investors. Please find the link below, and thank you in advance for your assistance.
