Airbnb Systems Setup

Hello,

In the new year one of my goals is to streamline my Airbnb systems. I want to create a “handbook” of anything and everything to do from purchasing to setup to managing my Airbnbs. The goal is to eventually train someone else to manage the properties.  Does anyone have good resource suggestions?  I currently have 2 airbnbs and want to get things streamlined before it gets out of hand. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

First thing is to call them STR's.

We use word docs and Excel spreadsheet.

Someone on here started a Google doc to capture startup and reoccurring supplies. You can search for it.
