TC: Issue was resolved after 1 day.With these payment, my confidence in TenantCloud has gone down significantly and looking for better solution.

This matter has been fully settled 100% with an ex-tenant MacKenzie Mae that was renting, but I was told she can’t post here, by her, because bigger pockets has now actually banned her from the site...therfore I’m posting this notice of settlement and confirmation that this matter is completely and 100% fully resolved and settled as of 06/25/2024.Kind RegardsDJ Thielen

I told her she simply couldn't do that, that if she wanted to she could go to the court house and set up escrow to deposit there until her electrical issue was resolved.

While I work with support to resolve, please know that our meeting is the 4th Weds of the month and is listed in eventbrite and meetup. 

This will get resolved and turn into a lesson learn of paying contractors up front.

My tenants know that when they call me with an issue, I act swiftly to resolve the problem.  

I thought this issue was resolved after the last incident.I now dread having repairs done in the unit.

I believe we resolved the issue, but want to be on the safer side.

Finding someone with that aptitude may resolve the problem.If you can open the line of communication once again, have a conversation and find out if they're capable of finding a general contractor to wrap things up.

I will probably build on top of that to make it more compatible with what I am trying to accomplish as I move forward.
