Software or crm for authentic land leads

Hey everyone. Looking to see what CRM’s or softwares are out there outside of PropStream or Coles for finding and automating the process of finding scrubbed data for land leads. 

I’m currently using PropStream for land leads while checking Zillow for best sold areas.

Anyone have a solid solution they are using or recommend?

Getting a solid CRM in place is invaluable; however, you described "finding and automating the process of finding scrubbed data for land leads". I think this is more of a process that you need to solve before the leads come into your CRM. 

For pulling data land data, check out Propwire (free w/o skiptrace), BatchLeads, Privy to name a few. Once you have the list, you can decide how to skiptrace (LeadsSherpa, BatchSkiptrace, etc.). After all that, you need a marketing strategy to bring in qualified leads. 

Are you looking for more of a service that will bring you only the qualified or "authentic" leads? In this case, you could look into lead gen companies (be careful as this is fairly saturated space).

As for CRMs: Podio, Airtable, etc. Of course there are more high-end platforms that are higher cost (Salesforce, hubspot) but I would not start there.
