@Jerel EhlertThank you so much Jerel for the helpful info...Update: the sister got the brother to sign the contract and to make him aware...will ask her for his contact to verify with him and make the title company verify it as well.Few days ago before I get the heirs under contract I went to the property and talked to the neigubour he was so nervous and looked pale when I told him im buying the property he said I was taking care of the property since the guy passed away and I hired an attorney and spent 15k on it and mowed the grass all the time and now the city is on my side...now you show up and wind everything!!!
