Reviews of 'State Auto Insurance' ? (for homeowners policy)

If you've ever used State Auto Insurance Companies for your homeowners coverage, I'd love to know what your experience was like. I've gotten surprisingly low quotes from a local agent who reps them. They have an A+ BBB rating, and they're based in Ohio, which is where I am.  Online reviews are poor--but they are poor for just about any insurance company because people tend to leave reviews for their insurance company only when they're dissatisfied.  Any feedback would be appreciated!
