Sooooo... conservatively, call it 750k in equity.I'm still 100% lost how it is possible - within the span of less than a year and a half - to turn 200k into 750k in equity, unless your portion is levered out the ying-yang. 

My opinion is that the overall direct effect of immigration policy on any given market will pale in comparison to other factors such as the economy, inflation and deregulation. 

The skiing pales in comparison to Colorado or the Sierra Nevada of course, but I still thought it was pretty great as a kid growing up in the midwest 😃
