Turnkey investing as an option

Is turnkey investing a cop out or a lazy option? I was looking at McKinnis in Kansas City and it seems reasonable but not too good to be true. Just curious as I’ve seen some info that says to steer clear.

No it's not a cop out. What do you want to do with your life? Do you want to get a job in property management? If the answer is no than it's a great option. Wanting to put some cash to work for you is very different than wanting a job in property management.
