Hi everyone. I just recently separated from active duty military and moved back to the states from Germany.  I'm ready to expand my investment portfolio and jump into the world of real estate. Currently exploring options to pursue and wanting to find that specific path to really capitalize upon in this current market. I've always had an interest in multi-fam units but have never been able to pull the trigger due to a myriad of reasons but now I'm ready and I love tackling a new challenge.  Above all, I'm ready to learn!
