Hi everyone,For a new wholesaler who just wants to dive in the game and start making some offers aside from Craigslist, where can A new wholesaler start making some legitimate offers on properties.I've launched direct mail campaigns, and door hangers around the same area that I'm farming but I want to start making some offersI've thought about knocking on pre foreclosure doors.

When we first started our marketing campaign and calls started to come in,  we would over analyze.

This is great for me as I like to buy bulk searches during my marketing campaigns but during the slow months I am not stuck paying a monthly fee. 

I've done various direct marketing campaigns in the metro counties of my own and those of students of our yellow letter mentorship in GaREIA.  

I am currently working on putting my first marketing campaign together to get some leads from motivated sellers in the tri-county area of southeast Florida.

Start doing direct mail campaigns and then go from there.
