Looking for NJ attorney with assignment contract experience

Hi Biggerpockets, 

I'm about to launch my first marketing campaign in Central Jersey. I have two questions before I do. 

Does anyone know a good attorney that deals with assigning contracts? 

And will I run into any legal trouble doing this? ( I do not have my real estate license)
