Direct Mailing Lists
Hi,
I was wondering how often do you "refresh" your lists? I'm doing equity, tax delinquent and pre-foreclosures. Do you just keep mail to them so many times, then totally scratch that list and buy a brand new list to work from?
Thanks!

I think the going consensus is 5-8 touches per lead before you move on. I would never totally scratch a list unless you get a specific no response. These are leads you pay for so you add them to your data base and just keep notes on them.
