Hello everyone, I'm new to posting on here although I have cruised around the website s lot.

I currently use services such as AirBnB and HomeAway to generate income from short-term vacation rentals, and must say that dominating the market in the local student community absolutely invigorates me - I've found that I truly love real estate.
