At the age of 15, Liz knew her passion was Real Estate. Liz holds her Masters in Business Administration and is a Certified Project Manager with two courses from a Masters in Project Management. Out of Grad School, Liz purchased numerous investment properties and over the last two decades has been adding value to many investor clients to maximize their returns. Liz has extensive knowledge in financing, appraising, construction, marketing as well as her greatest attribute is creating systems to maximize time, quality and monetary constraints to ensure efficiencies on all levels. Liz has personally transacted over 800 units which in on average over the 20 years 40 transactions annually. Liz has overseen over 1,500 units concurrently in 15 different developments all at various stages in the projects life cycle
