Mentorship Needed!

Hey All!

    I am currently an undergraduate student at UCSB with a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and aspiration to become a successful real estate investor. I currently use services such as AirBnB and HomeAway to generate income from short-term vacation rentals, and must say that dominating the market in the local student community absolutely invigorates me - I've found that I truly love real estate. However, I aspire to move beyond this and achieve so much more in traditional real estate endeavors! I have the conviction and drive to make big plays, but seek a mentor to help me learn the game as soon as possible. I don't have much capital or experience yet, but I am absolutely determined to learn the real estate game and build some long-term wealth. I am willing to work for free and provide as much value to a mentor as possible in return for some guidance and wisdom. Please consider this offer and let me know if you are interested!
