In my listings, I never let it be known I am female.

To my shock, I see that rescueme is a female.

Maybe a guy's definition of "clean and pretty" is not the same as the female half of the tenant equation.

I was on the Board of Directors here and wrote the note for them, I was concerned about the IRS and imputed interest and they just said...oh no, we won't do that to you!

This question applies to the female investors..Has anyone run across any hurdles because of your gender?

Hi @Jeff Greenberg, no actually their DOI form specifically asks "I represent that I am not an officer or director of the offering entity or any affiliate thereof, nor am I related to any officer or director of the offering entity or any affiliate thereof. " So they specifically want to know this. 

Board of directors choose when they want to make a claim under master policy as well, so you have no control whether you are reimbursed under master policy for damages etc.

Typically they stay in "colonies" but the pregnant female bugs wander off and lay the eggs somewhere else which is why it is so easy to get an infestation.

Opinions, "majority rules", emotions, # of followers, # of likes, being male or female,  has NOTHING to do with it.STOP listening to others and think on your own.I am not just talking a good talk.

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo coming up for rent and have a 19 year old female who is relocating for college that is interested in my property.
