Safety Today
I am a single mother of two and have been interested in investing in Real Estate for some time now. Purchasing property for turn around and even rental property. I feel like it would be a good investment for me and my family. But I have a genuine concern before I try to take on this venture. In today's society and being a mom I worry about knowing that I will be meeting up with people that I do not know. And a lot of the time alone. I am interested in starting a topic wanting opinions about safety precautions. How many investors carry pepper sprays or even Tasers. I ask because locally I saw on the news about a person attacked while showing rental property. I want to start investing in my future. Can I get some advice?
