Young Tenant (College Student)

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo coming up for rent and have a 19 year old female who is relocating for college that is interested in my property. She has no rental history due to living at home with her parents. How do you guys feel about renting to a young college student and being a first time renter? I’ve put a lot of money into renovating my place so would like to try and keep it from being ruined if possible.

@Guevara Mike most college students have their parents co-sign which is why it’s often a great market

Find that college student
