My tenant is a call girl
Ooopss.. I post it in the wrong forum. I just moved it from General Info to Starting Out. Here's my story.
I owned a condo with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. I rented the other bedroom to help pay my mortgage. I found out after a month that my tenant is a call girl. She brings her clients straight in her bedroom and brings at least 3 clients within 24 hours. I confronted her about her business and she said so long as she pay her rent on time and did not disturb my neighbor's peace it'll be alright. At present, I cannot afford to loose her as my tenant, her rent per month is equal to my mortgage a month is just like I have a free mortgage payment a month. However, she is a part-time student taking most of her classes online and goes to school campus once a week.
My questions to you are, Am I running a brothel? Will I get in trouble for renting my other bedroom to a call girl?
I have no plan of evicting her unless I know I could go to prison. Please help, your advise is greatly appreciated.

Yes.. Like the others said, when she's busted, you will also get cuffed. Your house will be turned upside down by the cops looking for cash, drugs, weapons and documentation. Your computers and all software will be seized and you will make the local news.
Tell her to leave politely and explain why. Until she's out the door, do not let her conduct business in your house. My question is, how did you verify her income before you ever rented the place out to her and do you have to share a bathroom with her? Ewww!
