I was in KC yesterday for a restaurant opening I am affiliated with and the GM of that restaurant invest in Memphis citing taxes are cheaper in Memphis.  

Your affiliation with the group is usually enough to not have additional requirements for being new.

I didn't have to join their affiliate program (which seemed a lot like an MLM in disguise) to pay for that $22,000 education and I have found everything they offer right here for free.  

This is to say nothing of the general business practices that it is a good idea to keep certain things private like religion, political affiliation etc.So what are your thoughts? 

I'm not affiliated with any mentor program but I've known many successful syndicators who started with little experience and got into the game.

He used to own / run Shoreline Properties, but split from Shoreline (I don't know the reason) and started Win Win.I purchased properties from Shoreline (when Lance was there) and never had any issues - transactions always went smooth.I don't know Lance or have any affiliation...just sharing what I know.

Should a buyer investor holding several properties, and plans on buying more, who is getting licensed affiliate with a certain kind of brekerage, that offers advantage ?

It's affiliated with Ohio REIA, if that makes any difference...

Buy a good program on that topic that comes highly recommended by other investors (who are not affiliates for that program).
