Has anyone heard of Win Win Home Buyers?

I'm looking to potentially sell my duplex in Bishop Arts (it's a really solid property but I'm moving to the UK and just want out if the price is right), and got a good cash offer from a company called Win Win Home Buyers. They seem to be based out of Frisco and doing deals around the metroplex, but I can't seem to find any reviews or information about them.

Just trying to do my due diligence and make sure they aren't scammers or anything like that. Anyone know if they're a legit business?

Yes, this is Lance Wakefields new company.  He used to own / run Shoreline Properties, but split from Shoreline (I don't know the reason) and started Win Win.

I purchased properties from Shoreline (when Lance was there) and never had any issues - transactions always went smooth.

I don't know Lance or have any affiliation...just sharing what I know.
