PG county has some bad ones, Anne Arundel county tends to be mostly good.Turnover costs on my condos are pretty negligible which is part of why I like them.

Many commercial loans, SBA loans, and other debt that required a PG aren't automatically taken into consideration in your DTI for residential lending. 

Granted I live in the Washington DC Metro area and I'm targeting a large population - MD (PG County, Montgomery County), VA (Arlington), and DC.

@Jon Klaus   ABSOLUTLY   Not sure how it is in your area but if you want to borrow from a bank for RE deals there is always a PG  and most if not all HML I know require it as well.

Also I'm not sure if you would be able to answer this, say I start with FHA to househack, and BRRR my second property and wanted to buy another property in PG County, would i still be able to use a conventional loan for that property? 

If you want better cash flow, PG county or Baltimore are great areas.

After 2016 results, there was about 18million in assessed value left, but could be exempted properties.Last year PG county emailed current lists, butI think you can find an earlier list on their website.Im not too familier with Charles.
