Commercial Loan and Personal Guarentee
How is a commercial loan to an LLC (s-corp) with a personal guarantee considered in a primary residence mortgage application?
I currently have four rentals and a primary. My DTI is around 60%. I'd like to build in a few years and am considering moving my rentals into commercial loan.
