Good Day BP! Has anyone ever obtained a property tax delinquent list for Maryland? More specifically Prince George's County, Charles County or Baltimore County? Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated!

@Damion Gerald finding who is tax delinquent is probably information that is not available on a list. However properties that are far enough behind that they are going into or already have gone to tax sale is usually available on county websites. It can be difficult to find the tax sale information but it is usually there somewhere.

Baltimore city has the best online resources for researching this. Go to BidBaltimore.com or you can look up individual properties on the city website to see if taxes or water bills are paid up. However calling the tax sale office in the city is not a very good way to get info.

@Kim Coleman On the other hand many counties the property tax office is very helpful. O phone call may get you the information.  Most counties sell all of the liens or what is left over is absolute junk. Baltimore city is the exception sometimes some good stuff is left over.

Keep in mind MD is a tax lien state and you can still buy the properties from the owners until the tax lien buyer completes a foreclosure.
