Just starting out I would start with a smaller area, possibly farther away from city center or pick a specific neighborhood or small area and pound it with bandit signs, letters and maybe even door knockers!

I buy 90 Pound card stock from Amazon and then have Office Max cut it into postcard size and it is really inexpensive.I usually double or triple the money I've spent on my mailings.

If you had 5 other great houses you were evaluating on attractive terms, would you be stressing about this, or telling the agent to pound sand and standing firm. 

We still have a right to defend ourselves and expect others to uphold legal agreements.Would you consider it a "moral dilemma" for that same woman to walk into a grocery store and leave without paying for her two pounds of hamburger?

EVER....this reimbursement after the fact will NEVER happen again.....Or I could tell them to pound sand... the "I'm a lawyer" thing would piss me off.

It doesn't matter if the man weighed 250 pounds or 350, the owner has a responsibility to provide a high level of safety.
