I think it currently looks good, and hits on the main seller motivations, and builds as much credibility for someone who is new with out testimonials.

He isn't going to be able to rank up there (or anywhere) without credibility and that means he is getting testimonials. 

You... you sit in front of that computer telling your wife to hold on, and get that lase schema.org JSON code perfected on your video file of a killer testimonial ou received.

Ned is fair and objective, but fake accounts and fake testimonials are a serious concern. 

Poof, done, game over.If you come up with that ^@)}▀╝kδà▀ yellow letter, or amateur yellow post card and your competitor does the same and they have a powerful credible website to back them up when the seller does research on you, And they WILL do research on you... with a video, with 1000 and 1 raving testimonials, with before and after pictures of the houses they have flipped... and you are nowhere to be found.. you REALLLLLY think ANYONE will pick you?! 

And if it's going to be a full blown website, make sure to add testimonial & social proof to gain the sellers trust.hope that helps!

I presume that due to your level of experience and financial loss your testimony was valuable.

Then, once they submit the review, you can ask them if you can use it as a testimonial on your marketing materials along with their first and last names. 

Proof can be having testimony from each party being tacked on to your claim, or it can be sworn affidavits (written statements).
