They seem to be a reputable company, but nothing beats personal testimonies!

I think the biggest roadblock has been the lack of true testimonials of successful people in these programs.  

Showcase testimonials, success stories, or industry certifications on your landing pages and follow-up emails.

Here is my favorite (among several others, just as hysterical) part of this case:"...Petitioner’s testimony that neither he nor his son used his personal bedroom,living room, or kitchen for personal reasons strains credibility.

Additionally, seek out testimonials or referrals from other real estate clients to gauge the CPA's expertise and reliability.

Very similar to the previous testimony, the underwriting process was very unprofessional and unorganized.

Just participated in their webinar, which wasn't live, but just a video at the end when he was showing testimony, he said that guy make a first deal with paying EARNEST Money DEPOSIT with his OWN money!!!
