So last month...right before Christmas, there was house going to auction that openned at $21k.  

I believe there are opportunities to be found everywhere and in my experience, although market dynamics are important, but its the people in the market drive success.I am looking forward to building my network and sharing in the success the current state of the market has to offer.Merry Christmas from Canada!

An acrid smoke smell on Christmas,  no hot water when boarding an overseas flight... it happens.

Up high in a building, but not too high because long elevator rides are boring.In an area with things I like to do that are close.With reasonable parking available for guests when I entertain.And a rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge area would be nice.Plus a community workout room, and some kind of storage available for things like off season Christmas decorations, and etc... 

If they are current in their rent I give out Visa Gift Cards to my tenants each Christmas in the amount of $25.00.
