Need advice on evicting old owners when buying foreclosure

I am in the process of buying a bank owned property that was foreclosed on and I believe the prior owner, or someone he attempted to sell the property to is living in the house. I have knocked on the door and while friendly, they wouldn't give any information about the property or the situation.

After I have the title, what is the process for getting these folks out. The eviction laws I've read only seem to apply to lease scenarios. Also, this is a property I am purchasing as my primary residence.

I'm in South Carolina if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any guidance.
