Hello! Within the next 1-2 years my wife and I will be selling a 4-unit long term rental building in Wash D.C. and investing the proceeds in a Mexico vacation rental (eventually retire there). We love the Caribbean side and will start our search this Christmas in Playa Del Carmen. We're looking for an experienced RE Agent for our situation. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks, Patrick
