Hi Everyone!

I am an established Canadian real estate investor who is looking at expanding into the American housing market. I have been successful in Canada because of the network of hard working, trust worthy people I have built over the years. I am interested in duplicating my Canadian success by building a similar network of investors, wholesalers, agents, and contractors in the US that will help me find, fix and sell or rent single family homes. I believe there are opportunities to be found everywhere and in my experience, although market dynamics are important, but its the people in the market drive success.

I am looking forward to building my network and sharing in the success the current state of the market has to offer.

Merry Christmas from Canada!

Josh MacKay.
