When a client files a work order, which they can do from the tenant portal, say for a garbage disposal not working.

I really like how they have an online portal that keeps me up to date on my finances, tenant inquiries, notes, etc....basically everything that goes on with my property. 

Im not sure if its full access, but ive found a portal to see my local MLS thru a broker's website.

If you're doing a Google search, you'll likely see a lot of "sites" offered thru real estate brokerages, they set you up with a "client portal".
