terms for MLS searching
Hey BP!
Im not sure if its full access, but ive found a portal to see my local MLS thru a broker's website. My question is this, what are good "tags" or terms to look for rehab properties on mls?
Ive used rehab construction needs work, etc. with very little success. what terms do u use when searching the mls or do u not use any and just search them all?

did you try REO?
