Most of my tenants use electronic payment through our Apartments.com portal, which used to be Cozy.co .

Their fees were higher than I would have liked but their online portal was fantastic.

Some may want you to call so they can ask questions and find the best product, but I bet several have online portals where you can enter everything and get a quote without talking to anyone.

You also have to market the projects through licensed portals to raise the funds.

I asked him nicely to provide a spreadsheet from his MLS access portal with targeted zip codes, absentee owner only properties, my house specs, and separated each column representing property owner mailing address, owner state, owner zip, first name, last name etc. so that it could be easily used with mail merge in Microsoft office.
