We are pre-approved by Quicken loans to buy our second rental property. The first rental property we purchased was with different lender. Please recommend if it is ok to use them , they just launched in 2015 and that makes me nervous. Please share your experience with Quicken loans? All the suggestions and advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
